Clinic Policies
Appointment Cancellation Policy
If a booked appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled we require 24 hours notice in advance, by phone or in person. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may be subject to a late cancellation fee, depending on the type of appointment.
Late Appointment Policy
If a patient is more than 10 minutes late for a 15 minute appointment, that constitutes a missed appointment and the appropriate fee will apply.
Alberta Health Card Policy
A valid Alberta health card and Photo ID is required for all visits. If your health card is invalid or expired, there will be a charge for the visit.
In Case Of Emergency
In case of emergency visit the nearest hospital or call 911.
